Some of the ways we contribute include economic contributions, employment generation, local supplier encouragement, social initiatives and contributions to foundations. We are dedicated to long-term development among communities, promoting education, culture and well-being in our areas of operation. We partner with nonprofit organizations at the local level to address specific community needs. By working in partnership with others we seek to raise the bar, find new solutions and set new standards of living for the future.

BMTC employees are encouraged to support their local communities by volunteering their time and talents to local causes. Our active members help employees connect with local volunteer activities.
